My form of escapism is my work as an artist, something that I am redeveloping and expanding through partnership with Norfolk Street Arts. By presenting a dichotomy of public and private job materials, creating indications of construction works with materials symbolic to traditional views of women-hood. I wrote (now teach) creative writing at Leeds Arts Uni. I teach postgrads how to make writing part of a creative practice.
