    Rachel is a multi-disciplinary artist working across the mediums of photographic processes, sound recording and performance. Her practice explores our perceptions of sound within environments and how that can be expressed in a visual context. She explores micro level sounds, the physical and material aspects of the body and environment and resonance within analogue instruments.

    Ali Gane is a Yorkshire-based ceramicist who creates work that has a sense of place, a feeling of connection and familiarity. Primarily a hand builder, her work is informed by the shapes, forms, structures and colours of the natural environment. She combines white earthstone and red earthenware clays to create a unique patchwork of strata-like patterned clay that is applied to formers and moulds.

    Museum worker and studio holder at serf in Leeds city centre. I've been making work for 10 years since graduating, during which time I have been involved in various projects, both artist-led and institutional, within the region.     Freya Magenta is a Lancashire based Fine Artist. For the past few years she has been refining her practice specialising in acrylic painting. Her work can be described as vibrant and vivid which is a sharp contrast to her macabre imagery. Magenta’s work is heavily influenced by the 17th Century Vanitas movement, however there are some modern influences to her work with the likes of Andy Warhol.
