Report this?My practice crosses performance, sculpture and moving image, inhabiting a flickering state between rational and non-rational realities, to create powerful mash-ups, hybrid half-truths, not-quite-lies. My work is in the Saatchi Collection and was exhibited in ‘Known Unknowns’ at Saatchi Gallery throughout 2018. I have performed at the Tate Modern and at performance festivals in UK and abroad.

Came over to the UK with my family in the 70's when I was quite young. studied science in the college then later on developed interest in Photography/Cinematography. Report this?Freya Magenta is a Lancashire based Fine Artist. For the past few years she has been refining her practice specialising in acrylic painting. Her work can be described as vibrant and vivid which is a sharp contrast to her macabre imagery. Magenta’s work is heavily influenced by the 17th Century Vanitas movement, however there are some modern influences to her work with the likes of Andy Warhol.
