    Of Irish origin, Dalton grew up, was state educated and lives and works in London. An erstwhile lecturer in Higher Education, an art writer and critic, she has published,exhibited and lectured internationally on subjectivity and identity.     I’m a local artist working from my studio at Art Space Portsmouth, Hampshire in the U.K. I graduated from The University of Chichester with a B.A. and an M.A. in Fine Art. My practice usually involves painting, drawing and photography. I was artist in residence at Portsmouth cathedral and have exhibited throughout the region.

    My passion is for fabric and stitch, my background in illustration, fashion and hand-embroidery. Recently my practice has grown using new methodologies to create large-scale installations and interactions. My work is generous and inclusive, acting like a type of therapy, offered to the viewer with gentle humour. Methods I use are traditionally craft related, all familiar childhood activities.

    Rachel was born in Southampton and is a sculptural ceramic artist living in South Wales where she has her own small studio. After spending many years in general medical practice as well as in the legal world, she decided to follow a lifelong ambition to practise art.     I am a graphic designer and a visual artist. I work mostly in oil on canvas but work sometimes with acrylic and water colour. Most of my recent paintings were influenced political and social upheaval of our world today and the works of the Renaissance artists. I do not like artworks to be just for decoration but to evoke feelings.
