    I work with conceptual art that incorporates natural processes: rain and the drying of simulated puddles on canvas, interactions between artefacts and honeybees, action painting with biochar in ritual performances, as well as traditional painting. My aim is to express the experience of unity between mind, body, nature, creation, and everyday life.

    I am an artist blacksmith who has an joy and love of metal since time began people have created and to me its inspiring how one can view nature and then manoeuvre iron into a version of nature. I use mostly recycled materials and things others throw away to try and bring beauty into the things others see as rubbish to lease new life and joy into what was once unloved. I'm a lover of history.

    My work explores, identity, space and belonging through memory and migration. I specialise with analogue film and photography, combining this with digital mediums to create layered pieces of artwork. I have a special interest in exploring stories from the past, stories of migration and transition of cultures in today's society.     Claire Troughton's Jewellery is inspired by the fragility of nature, the romanticism of the sea and the mythical stories she heard in childhood.     I am a mosaic artist living in Cumbria. I have being making mosaics for a few years and am a former illustrator and mural painter. I make wildlife portraits out of rocks and found materials. I forage slate, quartz, found ceramics, fossils from places I visit and choose subjects that interest or inspire me. My style is representational and I choose materials to give my mosaics texture and movement

    I completed a Graduate Diploma in Textile Design at Chelsea College of Arts, where I was awarded the William Callaway Scholarship, specialising in material-led processes and traditional weaving techniques. My work blends traditional Jamdani weaving with contemporary aesthetics, creating woven artworks that explore the entangled histories of a colonial past through material narratives.
