    I grew up in the heart of the textile industry, and spent many childhood days playing amongst the derelict mills that are our heritage. After travelling extensively, I was drawn back by the rugged and remote beauty of the Pennines. My passion is capturing the drama of our landscape, its social and industrial heritage and the lives of the people who lived and worked here then and now.

    Teresa is a British/Maltese mixed media abstract artist who after returning to art as a mature student, completed an MA in Art and Science at Central Saint Martins in 2020.     I'm a British sculptor from Northumberland. I make sculptures in concrete which are either hand built or cast. I studied art in London, initially at the Sir John Cass School of Art, and then at Central Saint Martin’s majoring in sculpture, and drawing at the Royal College of Art.

    Alison Lowry is a visual artist based in Saintfield, Northern Ireland. Her ground breaking work, ‘(A)Dressing our hidden truths’, shown at the National Museum of Ireland, (2019- present), was one of the first acknowledgements of the Magdalene Laundries presented in an Irish Institution.
