Report this?Interdisciplinary artist from Yorkshire, based in Kent and Wood Green. I work primarily with fibre and textiles, creating large installations and smaller wall based textiles. The fabric is disrupted by toxic elements. My focus is on the hand sewn and analogue embroidery of the textile. The process is damage and repair. The work is supported by wooden frames, metal hooks, string and cord.

Report this?Catherine has a first class degree in Photography from the University of Westminster. Disillusioned with Photoshop and filters, she began to work with the cyanotype photogram. An historic process, using iron salts, light and water, the cyanotype is an environmentally friendly printing method. Botanical specimens are collected from local spaces, seeds are returned: each print treads lightly.
