My sculpture series Magical Zoo is an examination of the impact of human activities on the environment and the world of animals. Born out of desire to help restore nature and to reduce my environmental footprint, the pieces are made of up-cycled materials such as packaging, the only other substance added being transparent varnish glue. Each animal is depicted showing its unique beauty and magic.

I'm a multi disciplinary artist and experimental musician with synaesthesia, and my practice is centred around the way my mind perceives audio stimulus as colour, texture, shape and movement. My aim is to explore sensory perception and the emotional and physical response to the relationship that exists between colour and sound.

After gaining a Diploma at Leeds College of Art & Design way back in 2010, I have continued to sketch and paint as a hobby. I now sell my pieces and offer commissions to local businesses, such as beauty salons and restaurants. My medium of choice is watercolour as I love the ethereal feel it creates when painting portraits and the female form.
