I create films which draw on landscapes, research and experimental nature cinema, but I also write (including artist's books), work as a painter in different forms (oil/acrylic/gold leaf and salvaged materials), and perform texts with musicians.

After gaining a Diploma at Leeds College of Art & Design way back in 2010, I have continued to sketch and paint as a hobby. I now sell my pieces and offer commissions to local businesses, such as beauty salons and restaurants. My medium of choice is watercolour as I love the ethereal feel it creates when painting portraits and the female form.

Exploring the lost and found, the past and how it has shaped us, connection and heritage are the themes central to my work. I seek to create a certain atmosphere and emotion. All at once imagined and familiar, a connection with the viewer and a continued exploration to find my own place in the world. Inspired by my home in beautiful, rugged Northumberland.
