    I’m a multidisciplinary artist, my work ranging from installations, animations to immersive storytelling, exploring themes of race, ethnicity and feminist identity. I have won public funding from state bodies such as Arts Council of Ireland, Arts & Humanities Research Board UK, and Irish Research Council. Her work is deeply influenced by her surroundings and the landscape, reflecting her identity as a "painter of life."     I'm an artist and writer who specialises in photographic engagement with the natural world, particularly the cultural history of plants. My practice-based PhD from the University of Brighton, conducted research on how creative encounters with the concept of plant intelligence can help narrow the nature-culture divide by making-with the plant not just as subject, but also as object.

    Winner of art battle Manchester Dec 2018 and a long standing student of Artworks art school on Halifax. I have my own studio at home where I work. I have had an exhibition Hebden Bridge which launched my art business. I show work locally in Halifax and have commissions on the go most of the time. My career background is in interior design and I still work in this business.
