    Matt Hooper is a self-taught professional linocut printmaker, working from his studio in Leeds. He makes linocut prints following both the traditional Japanese Woodblock style and more contemporary linocut methods, a reflection of his passions for both subjects. After 30 years in a Leeds print factory, Matt left with the goal of making every piece of paper into something beautiful.

    I'm a stained glass designer and maker based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. My style has a contemporary/medieval/retro feel and is inspired by the natural environment, and flora and fauna. Celestial bodies are a big theme as well as green men. My iconic fish are made for the scrap glass left over from larger projects. I also repair stained glass windows.

Producing innovative photographic, canvas and 3D forms in series, often with moral, social or ethical themes, Ian seeks to expand his practice with each new project.     I am a visual artist based in York, UK. Formerly a teacher of literature & drama in the UK and Spain, I was awarded an MA in Fine Art in 2020 and went on to co-manage a community gallery and studio at 23 Piccadilly.     My name is Vic Wright and l'm a sculptor based in the North West of England. My pieces are often the result of experimenting and manipulating core materials. Typically my work takes the form of unique casts. Using a base of fine casting cement different materials such as metal powders and pigments are added. When drying this results in different textures, colours and surfaces.

    I'm Lucy, an artist based in Derby. I love to paint realistically in oils and acrylic, and dabble in mixed media. Nature is a huge source of inspiration and I also find challenging but rewarding to paint portraits and attempt to capture someone's personality in the painting.
