    I am a visual artist, born in Scotland and living in the Scottish Borders. My background in craft and fine art is wide and varied. I first trained in ceramics and then studied fine art sculpture and printmaking, at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee, from which I graduated BA Hons in 1992.     I am self taught Lithuanian artist residing and creating in UK. I started painting about 12 years ago and in a recent year decided to take my art practice more seriously and have a goal to have it as a full time job.     I use digital media to create surreal images from photographs using clouds, eyes and dandelions to produce striking images that can be both strong and fragile. I am a multi-disciplinary artist with a background in graphics, fashion design and portraiture.
