    I am an artist working across sculpture, drawing, video, and installation with a research-led focus. My practice researches the creation and perception of landscape, with a particular interest in wild spaces. The work often references the collaboration between memory, the media (fictional and factual), on-site research and documentation, and their combined role in creating versions of reality.

    I am a contemporary artist from South Africa with a Master of arts in Fine Arts and Bachelor is Psychology. I love to experiment with mediums and often combine mediums creating works in ink and then digitally manipulating them or creating collages and then reworking them in oil paint. I also work on mixed media and watercolour and love visual journaling.

    I`m a self taught artist from London, and started painting only few years ago despite always having a natural flair for drawing and creating. My pieces have a laid back simplicity with a modern touch, and are inspired by my upbringing in Lithuania. My art works are abstract realism. Painting for me is a poetic expression, a state of mind.
