    I am based in Newport, South Wales and am a long-standing member of Cardiff Print Workshop. Over the years I have been self-employed as an artist and teacher, offering workshops and master classes to a variety of organisations and individuals. I strive to exhibit my work where ever I can.     A recent MA Graduate interested in colour and the way light, movement and scale change perception of colour. Inspired by the principles of Reuse/Recycle, Permaculture Gardening, I'm a 'magpie', exploring 'something from nothing', time passing during a process. Each body of work I produce is varied but I'm looking at the same factors; how colour and light affects (inside/outside) materials.

    I am a stained glass artist who was mentored by Derek Hunt. I specialize in stained glass letterbox flower deliveries but also do large window work. I enjoy the traditional stained glass and Tiffany technique, with a more alternative style of window. My most popular work has been a bug that has been taken over by a flowering parasite, not only leaving its beautiful shell behind but also new life

    I started working with black communities in the beginning because I felt that when members of the black community were engaged in my work, I could claim the title of visual artist. I see my work as an intervention into spaces of intergenerational wealth created by triangular trade. I also see the work as claiming and occupying space that is raced white for people of colour.

    I am a printmaker and artist and I work from my attic studio in West Yorkshire. My prints are influenced by my love of being immersed in nature and my belief that everyone has a right to be wrapped in the natural world. They are also influenced by my love of arts that explore folklores, especially those relating to the changing seasons.
