    Stevie Nicholson is a Scottish based painter from Clydebank who graduated with a BA (HON) Degree in Contemporary Art Practice. His current working process has him pushing the boundaries of portraiture and figurative. Stevie’s work delves into the experimentation of texture and mark making techniques which lead him to develop his work into a contemporary context that is unique and full of energy.

    Kevin Devonport is a self taught artist currently based at Assembly House studios in Leeds. Art has had a significant impact upon his life as he learnt to paint whilst serving a prison sentence for drug offences. He won a national Koestler Award for painting at London's South Bank and has gained prominent positions in other international contests.

I work in the community with groups helping them to realise an event or action. Also founder and member of several creative groups. core to my work is the belief that art and creativity are very human activities, essential to our wellbeing and that of the planet.

    I create drawings and paintings with machine thread, mostly onto furnishing fabrics and mainly using animals as inspiration, often using childhood memories as a starting point . I am inspired by a love of textures and layers and, although this can be achieved with paint, I believe that stitched art can really encourage the viewer to speculate on how the work was achieved.

    I am a Slade School graduate who completed my postgraduate studies at Wimbledon College of Art. Since 2019, as artistic director and curator, I have been helping to develop Guggleton Farm Arts, in Dorset, and painting in my studio on site. In 2020 I formed Guggleton Farm Arts CIC, which is a Social Enterprise Company, whose focus is to encourage inclusion and experimentation in the creative arts.

    I am an multidisciplinary artist from Chesterfield who graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Fine art degree in 2018. I have been based at S1 Artspace since, being awarded a studio there by Making Ways. I have previously worked with Mercedes-Benz of Sheffield (JCT600) and was nominated for the Keith Hayman biennial award for public art in Sheffield in 2019.
