    I am a graduate professional artist with BA Fine Art First Class Honours 2006. I'm inspired by the landscape and create work that abstracts what I see and experience. Often working en plein air I create dynamic & colourful compositions. I'm inspired by abstract expressionism with rapid expressive mark making & striking colours of Fauvism.     I am an artist and designer living and working in York, UK. I grew up on the edge of Dartmoor and studied fine art, illustration and graphic design in Exeter and York. My paintings and drawings explore wild natural landscapes through instinctive and expressive mark-making and enquiry into colour, and have been exhibited in England and Wales.

    Having been an artist since I was little, I practised properly as a professional artist since 2020. I studied at Dumfries and Galloway college doing Art and Design at HND level I went on to study at home on self portraits, I practise daily my technique and my love for the female form. I was a model between 16-25 years old, and have the same outlook that the female body is beautiful.
