    I am a magnanimous despot, a magpie, a collector of images, talk too much, questionable sanity, semi-retired educator and artist. I never fitted into any sort of academic or media box and use which ever media conveys my intentions best. My current images are all related to everyday themes - shopping, walking in the High Peak, trying to be sustainable, exploring ideas making them visually concrete

    Printmaker and bookbinder I work from a small studio in rural West Wales enjoying all the benefits of living in the countryside with reasonable access to Swansea, Cardiff and Aberystwyth. I teach bookbinding to small groups of adults, accept commissions for special books and sell my work in galleries and craft shows.

    Neurodivergent visual artist exploring embodied experience through drawing, painting and mixed media. My work draws on my background as a former elite gymnast and responds to movement, sensation and mental imagery emerging through EMDR therapy. Projects include ‘ProPriOception’ (Arts Council England - DYCP) and ‘Exploring Embodied Experience’, supported by a CuratorSpace Artist Bursary.

    I am an artist based in Cumbria, originally from South Yorkshire. My main focus within my art practice is to create sculptural artworks by recreating and repurposing items and materials that I collect, source and find.     “As a designer, you are always drawing and visualising” “Many designers are frustrated artists. So, its time to put pen to paper.” He is not stuck to one medium. He uses multiple techniques to produce the visual image he’s looking for. My influences are Colour, perspective, geometry, and the distortion of the image.
