    Josh is a kiln-formed glass artist who specialises in vitrigraph murrine — a traditional Italian technique reinterpreted through contemporary processes.     I am a designer maker working often in ceramics. I see the beauty in the broken, overlooked and discarded. My latest work was using fully fired ceramics that were in the bin and, crushing these up, I put them inside jesmonite sculptures. I want to highlight the moments in our lives where we feel broken, worthless and discarded... in order to remind us we are strong and valuable.

    Artist working in ceramics and on canvas using oils and watercolour. I am represented by four galleries in the UK most recently I had an exhibition in London which celebrated the life and work of Derek Jarman. My ceramic work was part of a larger collection shown at Collect 2024 where the Ulster Museum acquired three of my pieces for their permanent collection.

    I'm a British artist living and working in Northumberland. I make paintings on paper and sculptures in paper and wire, concrete and iron resin. I studied art in London, initially at the Sir John Cass School of Art, and then at Central Saint Martin’s majoring in sculpture and drawing at the Royal College of Art.
