    I am primarily a Landscape Artist but, also create still life and narrative paintings. These are mostly in oil paint. I work out of a studio in Wood Green, part of The Cumberland Road Collective, a group of some 40 Artists and growing. My work has been selected for The Discerning Eye, Exhibition, 2024 and is held in Singapore, France and the UK.

    I am a neurobiologist by day and artist by night. I explore various topics directly impacting me like the emotional impact of chronic pain, the nature, and the science around me.     I have a passion for watercolour, pastel of wildlife botanical animal and more recently jewellery making . Over 10 years ago I was medically retired from the NHS with a Neurological condition so I picked up a pencil and started from there and have never stopped. I have done a few craft fairs in North Yorkshire where I'm from . I have now moved to Surrey are and I want to continue here with fairs.

    Demi is a northern British contemporary abstract artist, who has lived across industrial towns and northern countryside. Demi's artwork is fuelled by these contrasting environments, her work is primarily climate focused, forming both abstract landscape and animal paintings using mixed media.
