    I'm a British sculptor from Northumberland. I make sculptures in concrete which are either hand built or cast. I studied art in London, initially at the Sir John Cass School of Art, and then at Central Saint Martin’s majoring in sculpture, and drawing at the Royal College of Art.

    I am a UK-based sculptor exploring transformation, identity, and social narratives through form and material. Rooted in craftsmanship, my practice bridges traditional making with contemporary conceptual sculpture. I work with wood, marble, steel, concrete, copper, and reclaimed materials such as pallet wood, examining labour, balance, and the human condition.

    I am an artist with northern roots but based in Hackney. I completed a BTEC Foundation in Art & Design at Kendal College (2002), a Fine Art Certificate at Leeds University School of Fine Art and Cultural Studies (2004) and a BA in Interdisciplinary Art & Design at Leeds College of Art & Design.     I am a trained textile and surface pattern designer and have been fortunate to have travelled extensively to which has inspired the majority of my art work. I enjoy working with multimedia and utilising digital technology for the final piece. I am inspired by the combination of colourways in landscapes, nature and abstract imagery.

    Neurodivergent visual artist exploring embodied experience through drawing, painting and mixed media. My work draws on my background as a former elite gymnast and responds to movement, sensation and mental imagery emerging through EMDR therapy. Projects include ‘ProPriOception’ (Arts Council England - DYCP) and ‘Exploring Embodied Experience’, supported by a CuratorSpace Artist Bursary.
