    My name is Harriet Pybus and iv recently spent a lot of time reflecting back on photographs that I have taken over the years. My photographs provide sanctuary from the turmoil of the modern world.     Born 1957 and raised by artist parents, I've been immersed in creativity all my life. I completed an AA in art before emigrating to London, settling, working as a professional seamstress, and having 2 boys 18 years apart (1983, 2001). Acquired a BA in Interior Architecture in 2000. My art and craft has emerged and evolved in various forms and waves across the 40+ years I've lived here.

    I have been doing abstract art since the beginning of 2023, as a recovering alcoholic (sober for over 10 years now) I use my art as a way of expressing my innermost feelings without having to speak a single word about them. I see my paintings as a screenshot of my soul at that particular moment in time.
