    Angela Palmer has sculptures in the permanent collections of The Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, The Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in Washington, The National Portrait Gallery in Scotland, and a and a major installation, The Ghost Forest, in The National Botanic Garden of Wales. Her work is in private and public collections worldwide. She is an award-winning graduate of The RCA.

    I started out in art creating pencil pet portraits for friends and family. When these proved popular, I branched out and began experimenting with a variety of media, and a variety of subjects. I am always learning, and thoroughly enjoying the process. I decided to take the plunge and set up a website for my art earlier in 2025.

    Katy works with Merino wool, using felting and embroidery to create landscape stories. Changing skies, seasons and rural scenes inspire her beautiful pictures. She is currently making wearable accessories and clothing using the same techniques. Katy has exhibited her work for some years and can be found at local artisan fairs and shops. She is a member of the International Feltmakers Association.
