    Josh's work is strongly influenced by his lived experiences, coming from a working class canal gypsy background, living with dyslexia and depression and being a gay man. His work often looks at everyday life from a 'different' point of view and creates work that is dramatic, absurd and arresting. He is based on the Isle of Wight and exhibits across the south and London.

    I'm a new graduate of Fine Art working in pen and ink and I love to capture the little details of the world around me in Yorkshire. I've come to art after a career in archaeology, where observing and drawing the small details was an essential part of my role. These technical archaeological drawings form the foundation of my practice, inspiring me to look at the fine details around me.

    Misiones (b.1960), Argentina, Zavala grew up in an artistic environment of writers, musicians, and landscape painters, and these reemerged later in his life when he adopted art in different formats. Past awards include public commissions for an urban sculpture in Hertfordshire in 2006. Zavala was trained in fine art at the Newlyn School of Art in 2021-22. He has lived in the UK since 1996.

    East Yorkshire based visual communicator, and sculptor. My work focuses on colour, the natural world, and how plants connect with us. I work in whatever materials I can afford/acquire including digital drawing often incorporating handwritten lettering.     Lin Cheung is an abstract mixed media artist, international educator and coach. Her work explores materiality, surface, structure and intuitive mark-making, often drawing on the urban environment and the physical behaviour of paint. Alongside her studio practice, she supports artists through courses, critique groups and one-to-one coaching.
