    My art explores mental health, struggle, healing, and growth, shaped by my psychology background, including a Master’s in Psychology Research and years supporting young people with mental health challenges and special needs.     Shona Davies and Jon Klein both studied at Sir John Cass College of Art where they graduated in 2007 with first class honours. They were also joint recipients of the Owen Rowley Prize and John Cass Purchase prize. Klein specialised in Time Based Media and Davies in Printmaking and 3-D. Dave Monaghan studied at Liverpool and Canterbury Colleges of Art where he specialised in sculpture.

    During total isolation, in lockdown, I painted over a 164 artworks up to date. I also took up meditation which allowed my imagination to flow again. It was cathartic and eased the trauma from what was happening in the outside world. Life is returning back to what was before, but with a greater sense of appreciating family and friends, united.

    I am a Fine Artist. I work mainly in painting and printmaking. My work explores colour and currently I am interested in colour charts. I studied a degree in Fine Art at Winchester School of Art and an MA in Printmaking at Bradford School of Art.
