    Layla Jabbari is a Hull-based illustrator working in print and mixed media, including animation and sculpture. Layla's work was shortlisted for the Flourish Awards for excellence in Printmaking and selected for Ones to Watch, Yorkshire 2024.     Caroline creates bold, contemporary jewellery using Surfite, a by-product of surfboard manufacturing, and recycled precious metals. The Surfite is all sourced from British board shapers and purchased as part of a circular economy. Her work is inspired by her coastal life, aiming to evoke the wearers memories of days by the sea while promoting sustainability.

    Hi I’m a self employed artist/illustrator and art teacher. I run art workshops, create wall and window murals for businesses and educational settings and I create original art /illustration prints which I stock in my online shop and sell at art markets and exhibitions. I illustrate empowered perfectly imperfect women, and I also draw figures exploring the great outdoors. I use inks and collage.
