    I'm a 53 year old Artist from Yorkshire, i Love to paint what is in my head. I do occasionally like to paint a portrait, usually a personality from a band. Having suffered with my mental health issues i find it a personally tailored therapy that seems to work well. I would like very much to share my paintings.

    Painting landscapes has been an integral part to my artistic life all along. Land- and cityscapes seem to come into view particularly when we begin to lose traction with the mundane everydayness of things. When we are undergoing some radical internal shift of priority or perspective, we are often grateful to notice landscape that has been there all the time, waiting for us to wake up to it...

    I am a graphic designer and a visual artist. I work mostly in oil on canvas but work sometimes with acrylic and water colour. Most of my recent paintings were influenced political and social upheaval of our world today and the works of the Renaissance artists. I do not like artworks to be just for decoration but to evoke feelings.
