    I completed a Graduate Diploma in Textile Design at Chelsea College of Arts, where I was awarded the William Callaway Scholarship, specialising in material-led processes and traditional weaving techniques. My work blends traditional Jamdani weaving with contemporary aesthetics, creating woven artworks that explore the entangled histories of a colonial past through material narratives.

    I am an author I studied for an MA in art and a BA graduated in both, and then went on to study psychology. I have done various psychotherapy courses and classes.     I am a London based artist who uses photography, digital manipulation, and sound to create images, video, and installations. Searching beneath the surface by unpacking the layers that we keep secure is a fundamental aspect of my work.     Hi I’m a self employed artist/illustrator and art teacher. I run art workshops, create wall and window murals for businesses and educational settings and I create original art /illustration prints which I stock in my online shop and sell at art markets and exhibitions. I illustrate empowered perfectly imperfect women, and I also draw figures exploring the great outdoors. I use inks and collage.
