    British Multimedia Artist, originally from Manchester now based in the North East. His art lives in several private collections across the world. In 2025, he won the Collectors' Art Prize - Legends of Our Time Award. In 2020, he won best in show for the International Art Folio 2020 Annual award. In 2019, he was shortlisted for the Refresh Art Prize 2019.

    I am an author I studied for an MA in art and a BA graduated in both, and then went on to study psychology. I have done various psychotherapy courses and classes. I am now more into doing the thing I love most painting. I am from Cyprus my family were refugees in Cyprus. I have lived in England for over sixty years. I did a lot of work in catering.

    I'm a painter of nature, climate, weather and natural phenomenon using recessive colours, working in Norfolk, UK. My work is associated with embracing the shadow side of the natural world, themes of non self, and a deep concern for the state of the climate. I predominantly use oil for landscapes and seascapes with a limited colour palette, which shifts slowly over time.

    Working with clay has always been my passion and escape. I graduated with a BEd Hons majoring in art and ceramics and taught for many years. Following early retirement I work in my studio in Hexham, Northumberland where I make small scale ceramic sculpture based on my immediate environment and on my relationships with landscape and within family.

    Working with a range of materials I develop surfaces through sensory expressions, that evolve into landscapes, rivers,seas and oceans.     Graduate of GSA, Textiles and interior designer, broadcast journalist for BBC WS and VOA before motherhood and teaching.     Sarah Tomlinson is a textile and mixed media artist based in Birmingham. Over the past two years she has been exploring a theme of ageing as part of a City and Guilds Diploma course. Coming from a background of mental health Sarah is interested in how to visually portray emotions and abstract concepts. Her work explores layers of identity and memory.
