    I work with site-responsive installation, photography and video using light, space and wind and am inspired by the ordinary, the everyday and the need to find meaning in our lives. I studied at Kingston University and the Royal Academy, London and have exhibited throughout the UK and abroad including Spain, Germany, Iceland, Korea and USA.

    I am a London based artist who uses photography, digital manipulation, and sound to create images, video, and installations. Searching beneath the surface by unpacking the layers that we keep secure is a fundamental aspect of my work. Often nostalgic, sometimes beautifully melancholic, I make tender unsettling images drawn from my reflections of human behaviour.

    I am a teacher of Geography and until a few years ago I never thought I had a creative bone in my body. I then discovered wood turning and the joy of shaping wood as if it was clay. I have rapidly moved away from traditional wood turning and like to use a variety of non-traditional wood and different materials that enhance the wood. I like form and shape inspired by nature.

    I am a graduate professional artist with BA Fine Art First Class Honours 2006. I'm inspired by the landscape and create work that abstracts what I see and experience. Often working en plein air I create dynamic & colourful compositions. I'm inspired by abstract expressionism with rapid expressive mark making & striking colours of Fauvism.     I'm a painter of nature, climate, weather and natural phenomenon using recessive colours, working in Norfolk, UK. My work is associated with embracing the shadow side of the natural world, themes of non self, and a deep concern for the state of the climate. I predominantly use oil forlandscapes and seascapes with a tight four colour palette, which shifts slowly over time.
