    After an initial career as a Systems Analyst, I studied Visual Arts (Salford University), 2004, then an M.A. in Textiles/Fashion (Manchester Metropolitan University) 2005. My studio is at Rogue Artists’ Studios CIC, Manchester. I am a member of the artist collective , A Small Space. My project ‘We View Things Differently Now' was ACE DYCP funded in 2021. My work has been exhibited widely.

    Recent graduate of a first class degree in BA (Hons) Fine Art at the Northern School of Art. I enjoy the process of investigating landscape via graphite, paint, photography and collage.     I am a neurobiologist by day and artist by night. I explore various topics directly impacting me like the emotional impact of chronic pain, the nature, and the science around me. I mainly use charcoal as a medium of artistic expression to empower the dark and messiness of charcoal representing my vision.

    Having completed a degree in Fine Art I went on to complete an MA Fine Art at BCU . I revel in exploring, unpicking, and going on a journey to see where the art takes me. When I paint and draw, I really do feel the work emanates from within and emerges, bursting forth. I embrace my gestural approach, and investigate large scale using oil, oil sticks, and water soluble crayons.
