    I design and make mixed media jewellery from my workshop in Bingley, West Yorkshire. I work predominantly in silver but like to combine other, found materials to my work to add colour and interest. I sell my work online, at contemporary craft shows and through a number of galleries around the U.K.

    I became a full-time Artist and Illustrator in 2012 after working for around 20 years in multimedia, E-learning and then corporate communications. Originally brought up on the East Yorkshire coast, I'm based in my home studio in the beautiful city of York now, working primarily in mixed media: painting, drawing and printmaking.

    Maija Liepins is an Australian interdisciplinary visual artist of Latvian descent. Mystically connected to nature, her writing, moving images, and drawings explore the emotional, imaginative, and soulful experience of embodied life. Her drawings map an emergent personal mythology, while her participatory experiential art projects open space for co-creative dialogue and collective reflection.

    I am a photographer from a Fine Art background. My career has been in Advertising producing work for Ad Agencies and design companies. However throughout that time I have always balanced the commissioned work with my own personal practice which ranges from Landscape, Industrial and still life work. I am now retired from the commercial arena so I can now concentrate on my personal work.

    Having completed a degree in Fine Art I went on to complete an MA Fine Art at BCU . I revel in exploring, unpicking, and going on a journey to see where the art takes me. When I paint and draw, I really do feel the work emanates from within and emerges, bursting forth. I embrace my gestural approach, and investigate large scale using oil, oil sticks, and water soluble crayons.

    A recent MA Graduate interested in colour and the way light, movement and scale change perception of colour. Inspired by the principles of Reuse/Recycle, Permaculture Gardening, I'm a 'magpie', exploring 'something from nothing', time passing during a process. Each body of work I produce is varied but I'm looking at the same factors; how colour and light affects (inside/outside) materials.

    I’m a colour-blind artist/cartoonist fascinated by the overlooked moments of everyday life. The way people interact with their surroundings, both living and inanimate, in ways that are often unnoticed.     My practice centres on ceramics. Clay is mineral, elemental and millions of years old. A humbling material - it has a memory, just like us. I am inspired by the chaos of oxides, the magic of a kiln opening and leaning into the unknown.

    I am a Fine Artist. I work mainly in painting and printmaking. My work explores colour and currently I am interested in colour charts. I studied a degree in Fine Art at Winchester School of Art and an MA in Printmaking at Bradford School of Art. I have worked in education for many years, both as a teacher and lecturer in Art and Design. I am currently an associate lecturer at Craven College.
