    My passion is for fabric and stitch, my background in illustration, fashion and hand-embroidery. Recently my practice has grown using new methodologies to create large-scale installations and interactions. My work is generous and inclusive, acting like a type of therapy, offered to the viewer with gentle humour. Methods I use are traditionally craft related, all familiar childhood activities.

    Rachel Anderson is a textile artist and designer working from East Yorkshire. Primarily specialising in freemotion machine embroidery, Rachel also works with fabric design, mark making and other textile techniques. Her textile works often combine structure and fluidity, designing fabrics based on hand marbled prints which juxtapose the rigidity of the drawn elements that sit on the surface.

    I am an artist based in Leeds, UK, interested in the spatial qualities of textiles, how their ubiquity make them a potent marker of time, change and human life.     Hi My name is Tony Cooney i’m based in Stockton on Tees. I’m a self taught artist and work predominantly in Oul Pastels on paper. I also like to use recycled cardboard such as old Amazon envelopes and the outer hardbacks of artist pads. I also work in charcoal and oil/acrylics.
