    I completed a Graduate Diploma in Textile Design at Chelsea College of Arts, where I was awarded the William Callaway Scholarship, specialising in material-led processes and traditional weaving techniques. My work blends traditional Jamdani weaving with contemporary aesthetics, creating woven artworks that explore the entangled histories of a colonial past through material narratives.

    I am a London based artist who uses photography, digital manipulation, and sound to create images, video, and installations. Searching beneath the surface by unpacking the layers that we keep secure is a fundamental aspect of my work.     I am a photographer and a qualified teacher. I tutor workshops in basic digital photography and cyanotype printing. My main practice is in documentary photography.
