    Yimou Huang’s practice-based PhD from Dundee University explores the divergent influences of Chinese Taoism and Western Eco-Feminist thought on contemporary global art. It centers on the material aspects of dynamic forces, such as gravity, wind, and erosion. Yimou is particularly interested in transformational processes and their relation to traditional Chinese views on matter (stone, clay, wood)

    For over 20 years Claire Edge has been working as a printmaker in South Wales, producing collagraph and relief prints. Recently she has focused her practice under the moniker ‘Miss Edge Illustration’, creating reduction lino prints featuring animals, flowers, plants, still life, and interiors.

    Annie James is a Yorkshire-born artist based in the North East of England, currently studying BA (Hons) Artist Designer Maker: Glass and Ceramics at the University of Sunderland.     Sue is a contemporary yorkshire based artist, gaining a Diploma in Fine Art and Crafts at Leeds College of Art, and a BA Honours Degree in Art and Design at Bradford College In 1997. Since then participating in various open exhibition and group shows. Primarily Sue uses oil paint, to draw out intangible moments from specific memories. Layers of impasto being a striking feature.

    Kate Jennings is a Leeds-based multidisciplinary artist with a Master’s in Fine Art. Rooted in expression, her practice explores emotion as a form of release and reflection. Initially focused on screen printing and protest, her work shifted after a personal loss in 2023.     Born 1957 and raised by artist parents, I've been immersed in creativity all my life. I completed an AA in art before emigrating to London, settling, working as a professional seamstress, and having 2 boys 18 years apart (1983, 2001). Acquired a BA in Interior Architecture in 2000. My art and craft has emerged and evolved in various forms and waves across the 40+ years I've lived here.
