    Born in Nottinghamshire, Stuart Reid completed a Foundation course in Art and Design at Grimsby School of Art.     Creative expression has always been intrinsic to my life having worked with pencil, pen and ink, lino cut, oil pastel, watercolour and acrylics. After retiring in 2017 I followed my passion for mid century design restoring and selling sewing boxes internationally. I then returned to mixed media work in 2021.
