A former private investigator and fiction writer, I use light, sculpture, photography, sound, and cinema, to explore the relationship between language and object. My research-led practice embraces scientific experimentation and narrative. I work with new and old technologies to create new, hybrid media, pushing systems beyond their intended purpose or capacity

I first bought my good camera a few years ago. It couldn’t use it so just used my phone. Then in 2018 I joined a course on how to get the best from your camera. Sine then I have had a few pics in the papers and in exhibitions. The thrill of seeing your pictures in an exhibition is brilliant. I have also had a few small exhibitions.

I am an artist/musician based in Northwest UK. I am a contemporary history painter... I paint the Now as History... The images I create can be viewed as socio-political commentary. Or comedy, or farce. I see my practice as continuing the ideas' imagery / imagined psychological landscapes of Bosch, Breughel, Hogarth, Beckmann and Goya.

I am a painter based in Leeds, UK. I use memories of places and imagined spaces to create compositions of colour, line and form. I see these compositions as pieces of another world which I have named Alio. Alio is a world of isolation; where the viewer is invited to place themselves inside and explore their own imagination.
