    I am a self-taught painter based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, my practice combines deconstructed figuration and gestural abstraction to explore contemporary socio-political themes, historical painting, and wider theoretical and philosophical questions.

    My ceramic practice explores the poetics of stillness at the threshold between vessel and sculpture. I use local stoneware, contrasting structural precision with unique matte glazes that highlight the clay's raw character. My work emphasizes the physical history of its creation. Stocked at Kettle's Yard museum shop and other galleries, I have also held a solo exhibition at Churchill College.

    I am a graduate professional artist with BA Fine Art First Class Honours 2006. I'm inspired by the landscape and create work that abstracts what I see and experience.     I am an artist and designer living and working in York, UK. I grew up on the edge of Dartmoor and studied fine art, illustration and graphic design in Exeter and York. My paintings and drawings explore wild natural landscapes through instinctive and expressive mark-making and enquiry into colour, and have been exhibited in England and Wales.

    Having been an artist since I was little, I practised properly as a professional artist since 2020. I studied at Dumfries and Galloway college doing Art and Design at HND level I went on to study at home on self portraits, I practise daily my technique and my love for the female form. I was a model between 16-25 years old, and have the same outlook that the female body is beautiful.

    I’m a UK artist based in Leeds and I’ve taken part in open call exhibitions across the UK (Art of music, King street gallery, Lancaster winner of special selection). Recently I had a solo exhibition at the ORBS walls, Leeds. My work is predominantly oil painting on canvas and wooden board.
