    I grew up in the ancient port of Whitby, in northern England which sits between the North Yorkshire Moors and the North Sea. This dramatic environment has influenced my art as much as my multi-ethnic ancestry and popular culture. As do the conflicts within our existence: light and dark; life and death; imprisonment and freedom; censorship and expression.

    Based in North Yorkshire, I create expressive landscapes exploring colour, light and the boundary between observation and abstraction. Working primarily with soft pastel and mixed media on a range of artists’ papers, including traditional Vietnamese Dó and Điệp, my practice embraces tactile surfaces, spontaneous mark-making and the expressive possibilities of exposed paper.

    I am a colourist painter, working from my garden studio in Somerset. My work is about landscape including trees, castle ruins, reflections, and seascapes. The emphasis is on colour, light and composition using layers of paint, resulting in a rich tapestry of hue and texture.

His practice investigates social entanglement, ecological crisis, fragility, repair, and the emotional dimensions of complex systems.

    Amber Stefani is a Norfolk-based artist and lighting designer working as Amberlights. Since 2014, she has created sculptural lighting for homes and meditation spaces. Her large-scale sensory installations have toured UK festivals and light events since 2018. Her practice combines sacred geometry, colour, reflection, light, sound and participatory creativity.

    I am an abstract artist, producing photography and mixed media miniature scenes . After graduating in art photography, I worked in a fine art studio and in between, exhibited at V&A, Stills Gallery, Mall gallery London and in New York, Paris and Vienna.     I am a teacher of Geography and until a few years ago I never thought I had a creative bone in my body. I then discovered wood turning and the joy of shaping wood as if it was clay. I have rapidly moved away from traditional wood turning and like to use a variety of non-traditional wood and different materials that enhance the wood. I like form and shape inspired by nature.

    I am a figurative sculptor working in the UK with gallery representation but now branching out into collaborative and site specific work. I use life casting to play along the spectrum of abstraction and figuration, often working in plaster and seeking ways of representing the human form that find beauty in the unusual or rarely appreciated. I also work in bronze both on a large and small scale.
