    Michel Ducos is a potter, sculptor and Art facilitator based in Alford, Lincolnshire. Having been a professional potter with his wife, Heather, since 1972 as Alford Pottery, for the last 20 years or so, ceramic sculpture has become an all engrossing activity which sits comfortably alongside the daily pottery work.     Sue is a contemporary yorkshire based artist gaining a Diploma in Fine Art, Jacob Kramer, 1993. BA Honours Degree in Art and Design at Bradford College In 1997. Exhibitions since; most notables The Royal Academy Summer Show 2024, Royal Cambrian 2023. Primarily Sue uses oil paint, to draw out intangible moments from specific memories. Layers of impasto being a striking feature of her work.

    I'm a ceramic sculptor who loves clay. The infinite possibilities of clay as a medium appeals to my need to constantly evolve my work as well as my love of learning and challenging myself. I love trying new techniques and pushing the boundaries with much of my work now single fired. Teaching adds another layer to that as I run a membership, classes and workshops from my Cambridgeshire studio.
