    My 2D work describes concepts using narratives, symbols and visual rhythms. I have curated 37+exhibitions for a gallery founded in a social inclusion project in S. London. I have designed and run events, workshops and participatory installations exploring community, people's relationship to each other and encouraging creativity and self exploration.

    My work pulls from autoethnography , using lived experience alongside academic literature to tell a story and grasp audiences. I aim to be relatable and direct in order to address the culture we are in. I prefer my work to be accessible, this means audiences of any and all backgrounds can engage with my work. I feel a picture can speak a thousands words.

    I am Olamide Adesola aka Ayo'lamide. I have a masters degree in Fine Art from Teesside University and a BSc degree in Fine Arts from Obafemi Awolowo, Nigeria. I started art as a young girl.     From my garden studio in mid-Devon, I hand build and decorate ceramic pieces from stoneware clay. Decorated by hand with coloured slips, under-glazes and oxides, each one is unique. I particularly love creating quirky, characters designed to make people smile.

    I am a Bradford based Chinese artist, a graduate of Yunnan Arts University in Kunming where I also qualified as a teacher. Although my personal preference is for abstract painting in oils, after taking up residence in The UK, I further developed my skills as a portrait painter. More recently, I was inspired to create landscapes after securing temporary studio space in Bradford city centre.
