    Graduating in 1987 from Maidstone College of Art, with a Fine Arts BA (hons) degree I entered the world of teaching after gaining a PGCE at Bretton hall.     I am a sculptor working predominantly in bronze and Cor-ten steel, producing sculptures for both indoor and outdoor settings. I have also produced work for large public sculpture commissions and am available for private commissions. I provide workshops for schools and will shortly be running bronze casting courses with my husband and sculpting partner. In addition I make water features.

    I am a teacher of Geography and until a few years ago I never thought I had a creative bone in my body. I then discovered wood turning and the joy of shaping wood as if it was clay. I have rapidly moved away from traditional wood turning and like to use a variety of non-traditional wood and different materials that enhance the wood. I like form and shape inspired by nature.
