My role as art teacher rapidly developed to head of department, head of faculty, to becoming an AST, and deputy head at a SEND School, Recently I was a teacher of nurture after 2 years of art, photography, teaching before retiring in Dec 2024

    I’m a colour-blind artist/cartoonist fascinated by the overlooked moments of everyday life. The way people interact with their surroundings, both living and inanimate, in ways that are often unnoticed.     An experimental printmaker using etching and other print making techniques. The work is concerned with the temporal transformation of discarded and forgotten objects into new printed images which emulate the landscape, becoming imaginary map like places. A new 2 or 3 dimensional narrative emerges as they form their new printed landscape
