    A relative newcomer to the world of art. Winner of the King Lear Prize for Art (Beginners) 2023. Working mostly in acrylics but also in pencil. I have an eclectic range of artwork from pop art to seascapes, cloud studies and flowers to pencil drawings.     I create handcrafted patchwork bags using Harris Tweed pure wool combined with leather, organza, yarn, and layered machine stitching. Each textile panel is built from individually pieced fabrics, embellished with textured fibres and netting to create richly tactile surfaces. Alongside bags, I make framed textile landscape collages using fabric, embroidery, and yarn.
