    Based in Sheffield, England I have been a professional artist since graduating in Fine Art (painting and printmaking) in 1998. I have worked in various artist studios around Yorkshire and worked on a diverse range of projects from commissions to specialist art workshops.     I live in Knaresborough where I have a home studio. I graduated in Fine Art Painting at Wimbledon School of Art with a postgraduate at Goldsmiths University, London. I also studied printmaking at the Curwen Print Study Centre receiving my diploma from Sir Stanley Jones. I have exhibited at The Royal Academy of Art, The Society of Women Artists, and The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour.

    I resumed making sculpture in 2014 and have since shown sculpture, audio visual pieces and drawing. I am interested in the experiences of new, older artists returning or starting to make art that takes into account contemporary practices. I make constructions that are material and tangible and whose component forms often have a direct relation to the features of the gallery or site.

    I am a sculptor working predominantly in bronze and Cor-ten steel, producing sculptures for both indoor and outdoor settings. I have also produced work for large public sculpture commissions and am available for private commissions. I provide workshops for schools and will shortly be running bronze casting courses with my husband and sculpting partner. In addition I make water features.
