I graduated from De Montfort University in 2003 with a first-class honours degree in Textile Design & Production and spent the following 21 years working in the commercial world of textiles in various guises. My art practice is mixed media, using wool fibres, wool felt, paint, print, stitch and found objects to create one-of-a-kind works of art.

The motive behind these stimulating paintings is the exploration of beauty in our surroundings. Taking patterns and colours from flowers, water, earth and sky and using them as stand alone designs or to decorate a variety of creatures, transforming them into hypnotic beings.
