    Carolyn Lefley is a photographer, artist and educator. Her work uses photography and moving image to explore belonging, folklore, deep time and the natural world. She makes work in the rural landscape and in the studio using playful dioramas. Carolyn works with digital photography to create manipulated realities as well as using traditional techniques such as cyanotypes and liquid emulsion.

    My main area of work is traditional printmaking and I have been exhibited in 5 out of the 6 Royal Academies of Arts in the UK and Ireland. I also work in the area of drawing, watercolour, and photography. Many of my works are based on a science fiction setting of my own with occult, retro, and archaic elements, but I also work based on real life.

    I am a figurative sculptor working in the UK with gallery representation but now branching out into collaborative and site specific work. I use life casting to play along the spectrum of abstraction and figuration, often working in plaster and seeking ways of representing the human form that find beauty in the unusual or rarely appreciated. I also work in bronze both on a large and small scale.

    Having recently completed a foundation degree in textiles practice at Bradford School of Art, I am now embarking on a new chapter as a textile artist.     Oluwafemi Omoboriowo is a Nigerian-born, UK-based hyper-realistic pencil and mixed-media artist whose work intricately weaves themes of migration, identity, and cultural transition. Born in Abuja, Nigeria, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Obafemi Awolowo University (ACE Chapter) and a Master’s in Fine Art with Advanced Practice from Teesside University, UK.

    Nesta Pilkington is the working name of Suzy Maxwell MA (Falmouth 2006). A main concept of the work is a love of animals, who they are and how they touch our lives. Where we and they 'meet' is a sort of cross-species connection. It is a spiritual connection and when they inevitably die, we feel it as an unbelievably deep loss. The sculptures are an interpretation of this inter-relationship.
