    Dex Hannon is originally from Manchester now based in North East England. His art lives in several private collections across the world. He has featured in books and magazines, both in the UK and US. In 2020, he won best in show for the International Art Folio 2020 Annual award. In 2019 he was shortlisted for the Refresh Art Prize in 2019.

    I trained in theatre design at Central St Martins and have worked within the creative arts for over 25 years in fields as diverse as making carnival costumes to lead designer on a Bafta winning computer game. My work explores themes such as mental health and politics through a masquerade/ carnival lens.

    Chloe Monks is a contemporary ceramic artist living and working in Bristol who studied Ceramics at Cardiff School of Art and Design before completing an MA in Ceramics & Glass at the Royal College of Art in 2020.     I work with dried flora (flowers, grasses, leaves, twigs, berries and more) weaving, stitching and sticking on tulle fabric within wooden frames to create three-dimensional pieces. I take my inspiration (and my materials) from the natural world around me - what I see from my window, in my garden, on dog walks and beyond.
