    Based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, Sarah Dixon is a socially-engaged conceptual artist using a broad range of media to create participatory works. She has a particular interest in invisible rituals - how we use them in institutional and everyday settings, and how we can playfully reconstruct them to serve us. She is a founder member with Sharon Bennett of The Women's Art Activation System (WAAS)

    I’m a UK-based reduction linocut artist creating nature-inspired prints for those who rarely switch off.     My 2D work describes concepts using narratives, symbols and visual rhythms. I have curated 37+exhibitions for a gallery founded in a social inclusion project in S. London.     Atiyya Mirza is a multidisciplinary artist based in Bradford. Her practice explores sculptural textile art, using different techniques and mediums such as photography, film and installation art. Her work explores a range of themes of empowerment, storytelling and identity.     My ceramic sculptures possess a strong voice and, and a bold narrative about contrast, visual drama and playfulness. They are visually and haptically exciting. I have an MA in ceramics, and exhibit my work in the UK and abroad. My work has been shortlisted for a number of national and international prizes, and is held in public and private collections in the UK, USA and Italy .

    Michel Ducos is a potter, sculptor and Art facilitator based in Alford, Lincolnshire. Having been a professional potter with his wife, Heather, since 1972 as Alford Pottery, for the last 20 years or so, ceramic sculpture has become an all engrossing activity which sits comfortably alongside the daily pottery work.     Graduate of GSA, Textiles and interior designer, broadcast journalist for BBC WS and VOA before motherhood and teaching. Always curious, my environmental roots run deep; using natural and human made detritus, repurposed and recycling fabrics, I utilise my knowledge, skills and passion to visually stimulate whilst encouraging discussions and spreading awareness of current environmental issues.

    Sarah Tomlinson is a textile and mixed media artist based in Birmingham. Over the past two years she has been exploring a theme of ageing as part of a City and Guilds Diploma course. Coming from a background of mental health Sarah is interested in how to visually portray emotions and abstract concepts. Her work explores layers of identity and memory.
