    Sunderland is a painter and drawer living and working in Plymouth, England. His work is constantly referencing the changes in time, light and shadow, and where man-made or natural forms co-exist in the environment. Originally from Leeds, he studied drawing, painting and sculpture at Bradford and Exeter, his work has always had a connection to growing up in the Yorkshire Dales.

    Jo creates abstract sea/colour-scapes focusing on horizons, using gold, silver, copper metal-leaf, oil-paint, playing with rust and verdigris on plaster and wooden panels. Her work is inspired by extensive travel - sailing in her twenties delivering yachts, and her childhood years living in Australia. 20x20cm to 120x120cm.

    Drawing and writing. Sometimes curating things and publishing as well. I worked for a long while with mould making, casting, printmaking and illustration and these things crop up occasionally still but more as occasional mediums. I trained in traditional painting, drawing and life casting techniques, then studied Fine Art.

    I am a highly skilled artist who loves nature and is surrounded by many Maine Coons. Having studied various means of expression or media and currently working as an artist, I cannot limit myself to a chosen one. Each technique requires spontaneity and specificity in rendering.     Sarah Tomlinson is a textile and mixed media artist based in Birmingham. Over the past two years she has been exploring a theme of ageing as part of a City and Guilds Diploma course. Coming from a background of mental health Sarah is interested in how to visually portray emotions and abstract concepts. Her work explores layers of identity and memory.

    I trained and worked as a primary teacher early on in my career, before motherhood took over and I took time to raise my family. I returned to work as a teaching assistant and supply teacher part time, before I took the plunge and embarked on an access course in art and design. I haven't looked back since, gaining a BA, followed by an MA in Fine Art, and I am at present continuing my research.
