    I am an artist blacksmith who has an joy and love of metal since time began people have created and to me its inspiring how one can view nature and then manoeuvre iron into a version of nature. I use mostly recycled materials and things others throw away to try and bring beauty into the things others see as rubbish to lease new life and joy into what was once unloved. I'm a lover of history.

Since graduating from my MA in 2020, I have situated my work both inside and beyond the gallery setting as a means to investigate the interaction between my work, space, and site.     I am a multi media painter and textile artist specialising in hand embroidery. I have a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Hand Embroidery for Fashion, Interiors and Textile Art.     Trained, practiced and taught Graphic Design turned to Printmaking as a main practice since 2017. Concentrated on Linocut initially predominantly 'Reduction'. Recently returned to college for an Adult learning Printmaking course and introduced to Tetrapak, Drypoint, Aquatint and other Intaglio processes which has expanded my outlook on many other possibilities and approaches.
