    I am by definition an abstract artist who mainly specialises in painting. I use acrylic paint and mixed media to create my artworks, typically on large abandoned photographs, paper or canvas. The general theme behind my work is rooted in environmental issues and explores the contrasts between a natural existence and a synthetic environment that many of us find ourselves living in.

    Amy Jackson is a conceptual artist with 15 years of experience. She read Fine Art at the Ruskin, University of Oxford in 2006 - 2008. Jackson explores issues such as climate change, consumerism, mental health, social inequalities and critically, how these themes are inextricably linked.
