    Maija Liepins is an Australian interdisciplinary visual artist of Latvian descent.     Kate Bajic has been creating jewellery for over 22 years’. She has experience exhibiting in the UK, Europe and the USA and has shown her work several times at prestigious events including Goldsmiths Fair and Collect Art Fair. Internationally she has exhibited twice at the Museum of Arts and Design in New York and also twice at Sierrad Art Fair in Amsterdam.

    I produce limited edition fine art prints, etchings, Lino prints and wood engravings at my home based workshop using traditional methods with the aid of four antique printing presses from the 19th century. Founded my own ‘private press’ in 1974 titled Bracken Press.

    I am a sculptor whose work investigates identity and the way we portray this in the world through the forms of our clothing and our architecture. Both are seen as metaphors for the body and for human experience. I have been investigating this relationship for 20 years. I work mainly for exhibition or in residency and have a studio in my local town of Stourbridge, in the West Midlands.
