    Kate studied Fine Art in London, Brighton and Falmouth; currently based at Trewarveneth Studios in Newlyn, Cornwall.     I am a London based artist who uses photography, digital manipulation, and sound to create images, video, and installations. Searching beneath the surface by unpacking the layers that we keep secure is a fundamental aspect of my work. Often nostalgic, sometimes beautifully melancholic, I make tender unsettling images drawn from my reflections of human behaviour.

    Poppy Whatmore is a visual artist based in London. She studied an MA Fine Art at Slade School of Fine Art with an Arts Council Award. She was nominated for the Adrian Carruthers Studio Award and won the Aesthetica Art Prize in 2013 .
