    I grew up in Zambia, studied Classics and Education at St. Mary’s University in London, and later graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a B.A. Honours in Fine Art.     Angela and Nicky of Landlines Studio work in collaboration, gathering raw materials such as rocks, soil, clay and botanical matter which they hand process into fine pigments, natural dyes and paint.     Sarah Tomlinson is a textile and mixed media artist based in Birmingham. Over the past two years she has been exploring a theme of ageing as part of a City and Guilds Diploma course.     I am a teacher of Geography and until a few years ago I never thought I had a creative bone in my body. I then discovered wood turning and the joy of shaping wood as if it was clay. I have rapidly moved away from traditional wood turning and like to use a variety of non-traditional wood and different materials that enhance the wood. I like form and shape inspired by nature.

    I am a woodcarver, artificer and artisan pictorial sign maker. My sculpture is often for memorials, both for highly personal private remembrance and for Public Spaces. All my work is concerned with sustainability, climate change and environmental responsibility. My work has been exhibited widely in the UK and online. I sculpture in the Public Collection and on permanent display.
