    I work in the medium of film/video and photography. I studied photography before going on to study fine art at Leeds where I specialised in video art.     Hi! My name is Ellice and I'm a full time animal lover and artist. I'm 28 from Scotland and I create whimsical animal illustrations, oil paintings and ceramic art.     During total isolation, in lockdown, I painted over a 164 artworks up to date. I also took up meditation which allowed my imagination to flow again. It was cathartic and eased the trauma from what was happening in the outside world. Life is returning back to what was before, but with a greater sense of appreciating family and friends, united.

    Creative expression has always been intrinsic to my life having worked with pencil, pen and ink, lino cut, oil pastel,watercolour and acrylics. After retiring in 2017 I followed my passion for mid century design restoring and selling sewing boxes internationally.I then returned to mixed media work in 2021 focusing on alcohol inks on birch ply to enhance the beauty of the wood grain.
