    Based near Edinburgh, Scotland, I completed a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design as a mature student in 2021 after over 20 years as a Health, Safety & Wellbeing practitioner. I am a late diagnosed neurodivergent artist with lived experience of ACE's and cPTSD so I use my creative practice to support my wellbeing, smash the stigma around Mental Health and promote trauma-informed practice.

    Alison Lowry is a visual artist based in Saintfield, Northern Ireland. Her ground breaking work, ‘(A)Dressing our hidden truths’, shown at the National Museum of Ireland, (2019- present), was one of the first acknowledgements of the Magdalene Laundries presented in an Irish Institution. The Museum subsequently purchased the exhibition for their permanent collection

    I am a graduate professional artist with BA Fine Art First Class Honours 2006. I'm inspired by the landscape and create work that abstracts what I see and experience.     I’m a Chesterfield-born painter and Sheffield Hallam Fine Art graduate (2018). Formerly based at S1 Artspace (2019–24), I now work from Yorkshire Artspace’s Exchange Place. My work has included a collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Sheffield (JCT600), and I was nominated for the 2019 Keith Hayman Public Art Award for my mural 'Sheffield, the city as an egg'.
