    I create handcrafted patchwork bags using Harris Tweed pure wool combined with leather, organza, yarn, and layered machine stitching. Each textile panel is built from individually pieced fabrics, embellished with textured fibres and netting to create richly tactile surfaces. Alongside bags, I make framed textile landscape collages using fabric, embroidery, and yarn.

    I work in the medium of film/video and photography. I studied photography before going on to study fine art at Leeds where I specialised in video art.     I am a predominantly self taught artist working across a range of textile mediums with a particular focus on weaving currently. I use a range of different size handheld or tabletop looms, mainly working with natural & recycled fibres in combination with found objects that maybe natural or manmade.
