    Making is the production of relations through material events. Russell Moreton : A visual fine artist is exploring themes around 'Making' involving the imprint of the artist, and metaphysical immersive nature of contemporary art practices and architecture. He is interested in developing collaborative and speculative making spaces where craft, theory, art and architecture can come together.

    I am a Fine Artist. I work mainly in painting and printmaking. My work explores colour and currently I am interested in colour charts. I studied a degree in Fine Art at Winchester School of Art and an MA in Printmaking at Bradford School of Art. I have worked in education for many years, both as a teacher and lecturer in Art and Design. I am currently an associate lecturer at Craven College.

    My felt 'paintings' are intricate, dynamic works created from layers of fibres, threads, and fabrics. Drawing inspiration from human presence in the landscape, my art also reflects a deep fascination with the tactile richness of my materials. My landscapes explore striking contrasts, weaving vivid bursts of colour and form with subtle, earthy tones and delicate details.

    Julia Pomeroy, London (b.1998) is works in London and has exhibited with a range of galleries. Pomeroy graduated from the MFA at City and Guilds London School of Art in 2024 and she was awarded the Leverhulme Scholarship for her studies. She also studied at Leeds Arts University for her BFA in 2017-2020. Pomeroy is oil painter and also explores drawing and printing.

    I am an artist based in Cumbria, originally from South Yorkshire. My main focus within my art practice is to create sculptural artworks by recreating and repurposing items and materials that I collect, source and find. I also explore the use of other materials (such as wire, etc), other art practices (such as ink drawings, etc) and the making of decorative goods.

    Michel Ducos is a potter, sculptor and Art facilitator based in Alford, Lincolnshire. Having been a professional potter with his wife, Heather, since 1972 as Alford Pottery, for the last 20 years or so, ceramic sculpture has become an all engrossing activity which sits comfortably alongside the daily pottery work.     Rachel is a multi-disciplinary artist working across the mediums of photographic processes, sound recording and performance. Her practice explores our perceptions of sound within environments and how that can be expressed in a visual context.
