    I work with dried flora (flowers, grasses, leaves, twigs, berries and more) weaving, stitching and sticking on tulle fabric within wooden frames to create three-dimensional pieces. I take my inspiration (and my materials) from the natural world around me - what I see from my window, in my garden, on dog walks and beyond.     My practice centres on ceramics. Clay is mineral, elemental and millions of years old. A humbling material - it has a memory, just like us. I am inspired by the chaos of oxides, the magic of a kiln opening and leaning into the unknown.
