    I’m a British artist working across mixed media—acrylic, ink, print, stitch, and scraps—drawn to the messy, intuitive business of making. My work lives at the intersection of wildness and control, personal story and public space, nature and notebook. It’s rooted in sketchbooks, foraging walks, and annotated thought—where ideas are allowed to spill, split, and grow teeth.

    I live in the Bannau Brycheiniog, working as an artist, curator and tutor. My family has a log history in artistic and healing practices, and I am very happy to be ableto continue these traditions as an artist and facilitator.     I make artists' books. My work is narrative based: I am inspired by stories, thoughts and ideas that I like to interpret in book form so that the structure and content of the book are symbiotic. Sometimes I also create textile pieces incorporating mixed media and embroidery.

    At my studio pottery on the Yorkshire coast I produce a combination of thrown and handbuilt ceramics, using mostly Stoneware clays, coloured slips and glazes.

    I am a London based artist who uses photography, digital manipulation, and sound to create images, video, and installations. Searching beneath the surface by unpacking the layers that we keep secure is a fundamental aspect of my work. Often nostalgic, sometimes beautifully melancholic, I make tender unsettling images drawn from my reflections of human behaviour.
