    Ije (pronounced eejay). An artist-healer exploring metaphysical and material realities expressed through a sensuous, nomadic arts practice. I am a prolific maker, working across several lines of enquiry concurrently; predominantly self-taught, I have an MA Fine Art, an Outside In artist and Ambassador.     Nicola Briggs is an Artist & Ceramicist based in Manchester, UK. She completed a BA(Hons) Design: Ceramics Arts Degree from Staffordshire University in 1998 and set up her first studio with the help of The Princes Trust. During this time Nicola also painted and sold work at galleries. After a break to raise her family, Nicola returned to making and exhibiting in 2016 building a new garden studio.

    A relative newcomer to the world of art. Winner of the King Lear Prize for Art (Beginners) 2023. Working mostly in acrylics but also in pencil. I have an eclectic range of paintings from pop art to seascapes, cloud studies and flowers to pencil drawings. Currently I am experimenting with pallet knife painting and achieving some interesting results.

    Dex Hannon is originally from Manchester now based in North East England. His art lives in several private collections across the world. He has featured in books and magazines, both in the UK and US. In 2020, he won best in show for the International Art Folio 2020 Annual award. In 2019 he was shortlisted for the Refresh Art Prize in 2019.

    I am a watercolour artist living in Ilkley, Yorkshire. I studied Fine Art at Batley College of Art and Design, but I have learned mostly through my own experimentation and practice. I have a studio at home, looking out onto the garden and the moors beyond which I share with my pet birds.

    I am a neurodivergent artist making art about living with neurodiversity through ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking, installation and sculpting. I was born with autism, am dyslexic, have a high IQ, went through an event aged 17 and then another linked event aged 18 that left me with PTSD and that caused developmental issues in my brain leading to the symptoms of ADHD now being prevalent.
