    I'm a video & sound artist & writer living and working in rural Shrewsbury. My creative practice explores my relationship to the spaces & landscapes I call home. I'm interested in the ways I share these spaces with those around me especially those who aren’t often seen. My work is inspired by the natural world and ancient stories connected to the land and the plants and animals that reside there.

    Kate studied Fine Art in London, Brighton and Falmouth; currently based at Trewarveneth Studios in Newlyn, Cornwall. From 2000- 2007 Kate trained in classical shamanism, learning about First Nations’ people’s relationships with Nature, totems and invisible worlds.     Cassy Oliphant is a painter, illustrator and community artist. Folk tales, nature, her love of travel and bringing people together are her main influences. Community and sharing stories has roots in much of her work. She has over 10 years experience working within community settings, from women's refuges to working with learning disabilities.

    Milly Aburrow (b.2001, Chichester, UK) is a 2023 graduate of Bath Spa University, completing a BA in Fine Art (Hons). Through a playful colour palette and a comical stylisation, her work characterises the parameters of commercialisation, consumerist society, and particularly our contemporary food culture that defines a part of everyone's life.

    Ros Burgin is a sculptor who combines globally traded materials and a variety of processes, discovering new ways to shape and inform the subject of sculpture. She makes work that considers values and comments on sustainability, the marine environment and the part women play in shaping society. Her practice covers drawing, sculpture, installation and an engagement with a sense of time and place.

    I am a female visual Artist from Doncaster working from my rurally situated Studio, I am inspired by the beauty of the natural world and paint predominately using my preferred mediums of Acrylic and watercolour paint. My paintings often include elements of neo impressionism and I work with a vibrant colour palette. I have a Fine Art Degree.

    I work across and between object making, performance to camera, video, book works, actions and more. Work often hops between media and processes as it develops. Much of the screen based and online work hints at a longing for the physical and for touch. Other themes include cultural ignorance and ways we are positioned by power relationships (as exemplified by language or objects).

    Since completing my Photography MA (Falmouth) in autumn 2019, I have been working hard to establish myself as a visual artist in the digital field. Alongside this I have been a support to my elderly parents and cared for children of key workers in my family during the pandemic . I primarily create intricate, digitally painted composites, as a method of contemporary nostalgic storytelling.
