    I am an artist blacksmith who has an joy and love of metal since time began people have created and to me its inspiring how one can view nature and then manoeuvre iron into a version of nature. I use mostly recycled materials and things others throw away to try and bring beauty into the things others see as rubbish to lease new life and joy into what was once unloved. I'm a lover of history.

    I am a multi media painter and textile artist specialising in hand embroidery. I have a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Hand Embroidery for Fashion, Interiors and Textile Art.     Trained, practiced and taught Graphic Design turned to Printmaking as a main practice since 2017. Concentrated on Linocut initially predominantly 'Reduction'. Recently returned to college for an Adult learning Printmaking course and introduced to Tetrapak, Drypoint, Aquatint and other Intaglio processes which has expanded my outlook on many other possibilities and approaches.

    I create art using discarded confectionery foil from treats, repurposing them to spark imagination and evoke memories. As I navigate young-onset dementia, this art offers a vital form of expression.     East Yorkshire based visual communicator, and sculptor. My work focuses on colour, the natural world, and how plants connect with us. I work in whatever materials I can afford/acquire including digital drawing often incorporating handwritten lettering. My current focus for my practice is communicating the importance of our relationship with the natural environment.
