    British Multimedia Artist, originally from Manchester now based in the North East. His art lives in several private collections across the world. In 2025, he won the Collectors' Art Prize - Legends of Our Time Award. In 2020, he won best in show for the International Art Folio 2020 Annual award. In 2019, he was shortlisted for the Refresh Art Prize 2019.

    Though rooted in printmaking, my MA in Fine Art (UAL) encouraged me to expand my practice to include installation and assemblage. I use a range of media including traditional (e.g. print, ceramics) and newer technologies (e.g. laser cut) which I combine to stretch possibilities. My work reflects the range of human experience, with dementia and the working poor among my subjects.

    I am a neurodivergent artist creating vibrant, spontaneous, and highly stylized art. My practice explores a deeply personal mythology through densely layered, intricately detailed compositions. My role as art teacher rapidly developed to head of department, head of faculty, to becoming an AST, and deputy head at a SEND School, Recently I was a teacher of nurture after 2 years of art, photography, teaching before retiring in Dec 2024
