    Kelly Boyle works with an automatic drawing process, allowing freedom to explore playfully whilst connecting to different levels of emotion and consciousness. Predominantly using ink, acrylics, and pyrography. The collections change organically with the artists' personal experiences, reflecting their inner world and what is absorbed within external surroundings.

    I am a bookbinder and work from my garden studio in Leeds. I love making notebooks using traditional bookbinding methods. Each one is unique and made with good quality cartridge paper and sewn together with linen thread. I have recently started making my own designs for the covers using watercolours, wooden block prints. I also make cyanotype prints using pressed leaves and flowers.

    I am currently producing work that is a a combination of paintings and mixed media relief pieces that combine embroidery, paper clay, precious metal clay, paper, watercolour, ink and found objects. Each piece is accompanied with a poem about and as a response to the physical work. I also work as a development librarian.

    I am a painter who is interested in people, places, objects and groups in society. My role as a teacher informs my work and I often respond to my immediate environment. Painting offers a special opportunity to combine imagery, technique and art historical references to tell stories and suggest ideas. The act of looking, drawing and the physical mixing and application of colour are important to me.

    I am a fine art photographer with a love for photography since getting my first camera as a teenager. Initially working as a landscape architect for 40 years till 2015 I decided to change direction to pursue my passion for b+w fine-art landscape photography using both 35mm and medium formats.     I am a Brighton based artist who explores the weird and the wonky through watercolour, pencil drawings and mixed media ornamental art boxes. I received my degree in Cultural and Historical Studies from the University of Brighton and have exhibited at Newhaven Art Space, Pretty Neat Gallery, and Artist's Open Houses and my work will soon be shown at Animalartspace in the Drawing Exhibition.

    Born 1957 and raised by artist parents, I've been immersed in creativity all my life. I completed an AA in art before emigrating to London, settling, working as a professional seamstress, and having 2 boys 18 years apart (1983, 2001). Acquired a BA in Interior Architecture in 2000. My art and craft has emerged and evolved in various forms and waves across the 40+ years I've lived here.
