    Ex Army Father of two beautiful girls and I work as a HGV driver in the UK. I got into art literally by accident, after a work place accident and recovering at home ,I took up pyrography to take my mind off the recovery. Since then and work permitting I do my art when I can. Only having weekends off from the road I love to dive into a piece for hours on end, the smell and sound is fantastic.

Mixed media, conceptual artist exploring emotional memory through textured abstraction, found objects and sculptural surfaces.     Creative expression has always been intrinsic to my life having worked with pencil, pen and ink, lino cut, oil pastel,watercolour and acrylics. After retiring in 2017 I followed my passion for mid century design restoring and selling sewing boxes internationally.I then returned to mixed media work in 2021 focusing on transparent alcohol inks on birch ply to enhance the beauty of the wood grain.
