    I have been painting for 20 years now and love every minute. I work from home in my studio. I exhibit in the south east art fairs and London. I paint mainly large figurative pieces based on travels and city visits, I love to incorporate story and a sense of peace within each painting.

    I returned to college age 24 & completed a Degree in 'Combined Studies in Crafts' at Crewe and Alsager college. After graduating I started making wooden boxes, cabinets clocks etc. Then I designed large scale public art projects, taught workshops & residencies. I now concentrate on botanical & tree prints created with multiple layers. I also have a range of plaster cast flower plaques.

    During total isolation, in lockdown, I painted over a 164 artworks up to date. I also took up meditation which allowed my imagination to flow again. It was cathartic and eased the trauma from what was happening in the outside world. Life is returning back to what was before, but with a greater sense of appreciating family and friends, united.

    I am a sculptor whose work investigates identity and the way we portray this in the world through the forms of our clothing and our architecture.     I have been doing abstract art since the beginning of 2023, as a recovering alcoholic (sober for over 10 years now) I use my art as a way of expressing my innermost feelings without having to speak a single word about them. I see my paintings as a screenshot of my soul at that particular moment in time.
