I work with a range of media and processes embracing a playful, humorous and often subversive attitude to art-making. My inspiration comes from many sources including shamanism, folklore and the Fluxus Art Movement. I enjoy research projects while at the same time embrace working more spontaneously and initiating collective experience.

I have lived and walked in both urban & natural environments from London to Staffordshire and currently near Nottingham. In 2015 I completed an MA in Fine Art, through using my culture of walking, and I’m inspired by ‘edgeland’ landscapes. Drawing on the materiality of landscape, and with techniques such as frottage I consider notions around ‘mapping’ and the ‘reality’ of what we see

Stitches from the Cosmos…… I am a decorative textile artist living and working in the West Midlands, UK. My artworks are visual transcriptions from the beauty I see in the wonder of the universe. I believe we are all, in a very real and profound sense, part of the Cosmos. Born from it, our fate is deeply connected to it.
