    My practice aims to find a connectivity to our deep past, in an attempt to unravel our human reluctance to take responsibility for our underlining destructive nature. Through the use of every day single use, disposable plastic products to create installations, performances, sculptures, photographic and mark making works.

Homma is one of the directors of Art in the Nuclear Age, a Trust member of Morphe Arts and a core steering team member of Brockley Open Studios. Homma is also a long-standing Associate Lecturer at the University of Arts London.

    Laura Porter (b. Lewisham, 1991) is based between North Devon and South London, and is the founding director and curator of Studio KIND in Barnstaple, Devon. Working with discarded clothing – a material that carries with it cyclical histories of land, worker, consumer and waste – Laura breaks down the garments to create a raw material that is re-formed into solid structures.

    Ali Pickard The Yaffingale is interested in history and modernity, which stories get to be told, and who is telling the tale, both within fiction and society. She works with craft techniques within fine art sculptures, principally in textile and hand-embroidery now, mixed with wood, metal and automata.

    I am a multimedia artist whose practice explores the natural environment and the fluidity of time. My work reflects an ongoing curiosity about how time is perceived, felt, and remembered. Through painting, I respond emotionally to specific environments and internal moods. These abstract compositions function as a form of visual poetry, evoking atmosphere rather than narrative.

    David Fox is a hand weaver and textile artist who explores materials and form with an interest in people, place or textile heritage. His studio is at Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley just outside of Leeds, and is also known as Fox on the Sley.
