    I am a freelance photographer with a wide range of photographic interests, so I don't specialise in any particular genre. I do, however, love to create images that offer an unusual perspective on the every-day, which enables me to embrace macro photography, as well as documentary and street photography.

    I am a painter of ideas and passions, sourced from the landscapes around us and the mindscapes they evoke is me. With my science background, I try to blend the stories of how and why things are, with my desire to express these wonders in colour and form.     I live in the Bannau Brycheiniog, working as an artist, curator and tutor. My family has a log history in artistic and healing practices, and I am very happy to be ableto continue these traditions as an artist and facilitator. My work is influencedby cycles, seasons and stories, as well as the Welsh mountains surrounding me, and the ancient stories that they hold.

    I'm a painter, drawing from nature, and seeking the symbiotic relationships and wellbeing that the natural world can bring. My paintings varying in scale, with smaller, more intimate surreal-like painted works forming installations. A process- based and curiosity driven practice, painting with immediacy, and intuition, which is later refined with a more considered aesthetic.

    Artist working in ceramics and on canvas using oils and watercolour. I am represented by four galleries in the UK most recently I had an exhibition in London which celebrated the life and work of Derek Jarman. My ceramic work was part of a larger collection shown at Collect 2024 where the Ulster Museum acquired three of my pieces for their permanent collection.

    I am a ceramist who uses unorthodox methods in my work, also I use mixed mediums in the ceramics They are all hand made and glazed. My work is unique as every piece is different and I only make one. My heads have lots of features and need to be seen by the eye to appreciate the details.     Claire Mc Dermott is a working-class artist whose research combines art, biophysics and the humanities through social and environmental issues, while her multidisciplinary skills created sculpture, photography, drawing, print and poems by making connections between plants, glass and air. As an environmentalist, she envisions a planet that shares and represents all cultures.
