    Ex Army Father of two beautiful girls and I work as a HGV driver in the UK. I got into art literally by accident, after a work place accident and recovering at home ,I took up pyrography to take my mind off the recovery. Since then and work permitting I do my art when I can. Only having weekends off from the road I love to dive into a piece for hours on end, the smell and sound is fantastic.

    Shona Davies and Jon Klein both studied at Sir John Cass College of Art where they graduated in 2007 with first class honours. They were also joint recipients of the Owen Rowley Prize and John Cass Purchase prize. Klein specialised in Time Based Media and Davies in Printmaking and 3-D. Dave Monaghan studied at Liverpool and Canterbury Colleges of Art where he specialised in sculpture.

    My photographic practice is focused on the idea of ambiguity and the slippage between the photograph and truth, surface and meaning.     As a self taught artist I create brave and bold, sea and land scapes created using oil paint and palette knives. Capturing nature’s elements, its extremes of light and dark, its stillness and ferocity. Hope just on the horizon. Originally from Sheffield now living in Derbyshire with my family. I travel the UK coastline to gain inspiration and experiences, which are put into my artwork.
