    I create sculpture and art installations using everyday materials and using repetition. My practice is firmly rooted in process art and influenced by postminimalist artists such as Richard Serra and Eva Hesse. I embody difficult thoughts and mental states in physical form. I'm interested in making work that sparks feelings in the viewer before thoughts.

    Since my training at Edinburgh College of Art I have been inspired by nature. My mission explores the emotional symbolism of my subject matter and seeks to distil the image to enhance this. I am a slow meditative painter. This process puts me in touch with the healing spirit I inherited from the medics in my family. I want to help people find an inner sense of peace and connection with nature.

    Born 1957 and raised by artist parents, I've been immersed in creativity all my life. I completed an AA in art before emigrating to London, settling, working as a professional seamstress, and having 2 boys 18 years apart (1983, 2001). Acquired a BA in Interior Architecture in 2000. My art and craft has emerged and evolved in various forms and waves across the 40+ years I've lived here.

    Recent graduate of a first class degree in BA (Hons) Fine Art at the Northern School of Art. I enjoy the process of investigating landscape via graphite, paint, photography and collage.     Printmaker and bookbinder I work from a small studio in rural West Wales enjoying all the benefits of living in the countryside with reasonable access to Swansea, Cardiff and Aberystwyth. I teach bookbinding to small groups of adults, accept commissions for special books and sell my work in galleries and craft shows.

    Cat is a visual artist based in Mid-Wales whose work focuses on portraiture and the figure. Primarily painting in oils, and drawing in charcoal and pastels, her work is imaginative and often has one foot in history or reality, whilst the other dabbles in myth or daydreams.
